1 Introduction

Welcome to FireKirin — a platform designed specifically for Pakistani players who want to bet on cricket and football, play live card games like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, spin slots, and participate in virtual sports events. The platform is operated by FireKirin and is accessible at firekirin.biz.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern everything you do on the FireKirin platform: registering an account, making deposits in PKR, claiming bonuses, placing bets, playing casino games, requesting withdrawals, and using any other feature or service the platform provides. They apply to every registered user regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device.

The Terms should be read alongside FireKirin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. When FireKirin says "we," "us," or "the platform," it refers to FireKirin and the team operating firekirin.biz. When we say "you" or "the player," we mean any registered account holder.

2 Eligibility

To register and use FireKirin you must meet all of the following conditions. If you do not meet them, you are not permitted to open an account or place any bets or wagers on the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. FireKirin strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close any account where the holder cannot confirm they are 18 or older.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited for the type of activity you are engaging in.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or family member of a FireKirin employee or contractor in a position of influence over games or betting markets.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that FireKirin participates in. If you have self-excluded and attempt to open a new account, it will be closed and any funds returned minus any gains resulting from the exclusion period.
• You must have provided accurate, truthful registration information. Accounts opened with false identity details will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each person may hold one account only on FireKirin. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts beyond the first will be closed and any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. This information is used to verify your identity, process your payments, and communicate with you about your account. It must be accurate at all times — if any detail changes, you are responsible for updating it through your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any linked mobile number — secure. FireKirin will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via support@firekirin.biz and the account will be locked pending investigation.

• Account sharing — giving another person access to your account — is not permitted and may result in account closure.
• FireKirin reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. FireKirin will notify you by email before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on FireKirin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion at any point — what you deposit is what appears in your balance, without deduction. FireKirin currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — direct bank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit card

The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and verification tier — these limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your FireKirin balance within seconds. IBFT transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.

FireKirin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility to check in advance.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. FireKirin processes the vast majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes of submission for fully verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your FireKirin account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, FireKirin may require identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• If your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus amount (not the deposited amount) will be placed on hold until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited. Your deposit funds remain withdrawable.
• FireKirin does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges from your bank or mobile wallet are outside our control.
• If a withdrawal is flagged for a manual compliance review, it may take up to 24 hours to complete. You will be notified if your withdrawal is under review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

FireKirin offers bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players from time to time. Every active promotion has its own specific terms — stake requirements, game restrictions, expiry dates — which are published on the relevant promotion page. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all FireKirin promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered at least 10 times before they can be withdrawn. Only real-money bets on eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not contribute.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed on sports markets must be at minimum odds of 1.50 to count towards bonus wagering. Bets at lower odds contribute 0%.
• Bonus validity: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds expire 7 days after being credited to your account. Unexpired bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be removed at expiry.
• One bonus at a time: FireKirin does not allow stacking of multiple bonus offers. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as a duplicate account breach.

FireKirin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while you have an active bonus, any qualifying wagers already placed will be honoured and the wagering requirement recalculated proportionally.

8 Casino Games & Slots

FireKirin's casino section includes slots, jackpot games, live dealer tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and others), and virtual sports titles. The following rules apply across all casino game types.

• All casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNG). Games are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or account history.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot and casino game are published in the game's information panel. RTP is a statistical long-term average — it does not guarantee results in any individual session.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits carry a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time reminders: Set a notification that alerts you after a defined period of continuous play — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or custom.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your balance is preserved.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited on FireKirin. Any player found engaging in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and funds may be seized pending investigation.

• Opening or using more than one account ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not available to normal human users.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any profits resulting from known errors will be voided.
• Collusion with other players on FireKirin — for example, coordinating bets in live poker or other multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Match fixing or betting on events whose outcomes you have inside knowledge of or influence over.
• Any form of money laundering, layering, or using FireKirin to convert illicit funds. FireKirin fully cooperates with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities on suspected financial crime.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform beyond your authorisation level, or reverse-engineering any part of the FireKirin codebase or infrastructure.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability

FireKirin provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• FireKirin is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on your end, device incompatibilities, or third-party network issues.
• If a technical error results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds or a game returning an incorrect result, FireKirin will investigate and apply a fair resolution — which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
• FireKirin's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is capped at the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• FireKirin is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise in connection with winnings you receive. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

13 Account Termination

Either you or FireKirin may close your account at any time.

If you wish to close your account: Contact support at support@firekirin.biz with a closure request. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard compliance checks. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

If FireKirin closes your account: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that has breached these Terms, is involved in suspicious activity, or where we believe closure is necessary for player protection. In cases of breach, winnings generated during or through the breach may be voided. Your deposited funds (excluding any bonus amounts) will be returned after compliance review, unless they are subject to a legal hold.

FireKirin will notify you by email of any account closure decision except in cases where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud or security investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

FireKirin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify you by email to your registered address and display a notice on the platform for at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of FireKirin after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
