You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number (03xx format), a working email address, your date of birth (you must be 18+), and a password. Submit the form, enter the OTP sent to your mobile to verify your number, and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes.
No. Creating a FireKirin account is completely free. There are no sign-up charges, no monthly subscription fees, and no hidden platform fees. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and play.
No — one account per person is the strict rule on FireKirin. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Deposits & Withdrawals

If it has been more than 5 minutes, go to the Deposit History section in your account and check if the transaction shows as Pending. Then contact support@firekirin.biz with your transaction reference number (from your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history), the deposit amount, and the time of the transaction. The team can manually verify and credit your account, usually within 15 minutes of you reporting it.
FireKirin does not charge its own platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees depending on your account type with them. FireKirin has no control over third-party fees. It means you need to wager (bet with) the total bonus amount 10 times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place total bets of Rs 10,000 using that bonus. Security & KYC Verification

Responsible Gaming

Limits take effect immediately — no delay, no support ticket needed. If you want to reduce a limit, the reduction is instant. Increases carry a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off delay before taking effect, which is by design to protect you from impulsive decisions.
A cooling-off period is a temporary account suspension — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. When the period ends, your account automatically reactivates. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible — your account is closed and you cannot re-register.
